Carolinian Utt is a cultural place where the local people stayed before world war II. This Utt serves different types of uses before world war II, it was used to stay as a home, a place for a meeting hall, where visitors can stay, and it was also a place where a criminal must stay before they compensate for their doings. Those are the purposes of the Carolinian utt before the Japanese destroyed it during world war II

Japanese Jail is a concrete place that was built under the Japanese administration during world war II, this jail happened to be enough place to hold criminals before, but because of the continuous growth of people, the jail later on become crowded to support other people's space, some U.S. pilots were also held here before. After the start of the war, the cell roof was replaced by security fences with concrete walls which produced the south of the jail a temple that had a crematorium, and a graveyard. The gatepost is still present up to this day.
